Balancing network growth with Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) commitments is one of the defining challenges operators face today. In parallel with expanding networks to match customer expectation, network energy footprints also increase.

The likes of 5G, edge computing and data centers are essential to next-generation connectivity. However, they put significantly greater demand on power consumption.
