Technetix announces retirement of David Atman, President of Technetix Canada

September 26, 2024, Peterborough, Canada – Technetix announces the retirement of David Atman, President of Technetix Canada, effective September 27, 2024. After a 45-year career in the cable TV industry, Atman will step down from his role. His retirement marks the end of a remarkable career, and a distinguished chapter with Technetix.

David has long been known for his visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to serving the evolving needs of cable TV providers globally. Beginning his journey at Lindsay Electronics, he held several leadership positions, including President, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Regional Sales Manager. His customer-first approach and deep understanding of the industry was key to the lasting partnerships he established during his career, and the bedrock for his role in developing innovative, client-specific solutions. His work leaves an indelible mark on the industry.

David was appointed President of Lindsay Broadband Inc. in 2005 and became President, Technetix Canada following the acquisition by Technetix.

Atman said,  “As the inevitability of time and age would have it, I will be moving onto the next chapter of my life. As I celebrate 45 years in this amazing industry, I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone around the globe who helped me through my journey from simple 300 MHz one-way systems, to today’s complex 1.8 GHz networks and beyond.
